About the Role

CDCE Automation & Robotics is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial automation and machine electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, control panel engineering, machine wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical control systems for automation and special-purpose machines.
- Prepare and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Select and work with electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, SMPS, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, safety devices, and terminals.
- Prepare and verify BOMs and support material selection and procurement.
- Perform control panel wiring and machine electrical wiring.
- Coordinate electrical systems with PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, sensors, and other automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues during testing and commissioning.
- Conduct machine testing, installation, commissioning, and debugging at customer sites when required.
- Coordinate with mechanical, automation, and software teams for project integration.
- Maintain electrical documentation, drawings, BOMs, and project records.
- Guide junior engineers/technicians and support them during project execution.





Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, or machine building.
- Good knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial wiring.
- Hands-on experience with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety components.
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Delta PLC systems.
- Knowledge of servo and motion-control systems.
- Experience in SPM, robotics, or industrial automation machines.
- Knowledge of industrial safety systems and electrical standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
