Requirements

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing , with at least 3+ years in a team lead / managerial capacity.
2. Proven track record of delivering digital marketing projects in India and the UAE , plus global/international markets (US, EU, or UK) .
3. Deep, hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, paid media, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation .
4. Strong command of B2B and SaaS marketing and the full demand-generation funnel.
5. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor a marketing team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
6. Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and CRM/automation platforms ( Salesforce ).
7. Experience owning and optimising marketing budgets against clear ROI and pipeline KPIs .
8. Excellent English communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
9. Bachelors degree in Marketing,



Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
