Role & responsibilities:

- Monitor production data loading issues and data transfer to various downstream systems Monitor production data for Lakehouse performance and identify potential issues.
- Monitor all pipelines and ensure all jobs are run on timely manner, debug and resume pipeline case of failure.
- Monitor report refreshes according to the scheduled timings. Resolve common issues related to data retrieval errors, Qlik access permissions, and minor application issues.
- Grant specific data access to users after confirmation from the IFL SPOC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis.
- Work closely with data engineering and development teams to address underlying system issues and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Extract ad-hoc data basis the details mentioned in the service request Check Report and API data issues, and provide column logic/justification if required Check
