Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide quotations to Marine Customers like Shipyards, Navy and Coast Guard

- Coordinate with our Principals to get quotations for Parts and make costing using Excel

- Manage inventory levels, maintain delivery timelines of spare parts for marine customers to ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills to optimize and rationalise pricing based on Last Purchase Price

- Ensure accurate recording of transactions, including tracking inventory movements and maintaining records.

Job Requirements :

- 5-20 years of experience in the auto components industry or related field.

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

- Robust understanding of spare parts management principles and practices.

- Ability to work effectively with suppliers to negotiate pricing agreements.

- Be able to communicate with Shipyards, Navy and Coast Guard effectively through oral and written format.

- be able to attained Price Negotiation meetings at Navy,and other customer's premises
