Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in International BPO / customer service

Shift: US Shifts ( Quarterly Rotational Shifts and Week Offs)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Spanish Language Expert to support a US-based international BPO process. The role involves handling multilingual customer interactions and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions via voice, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation between both languages.




- Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in BPO / customer service (US process preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).

- Based in or open to relocating to Pune (Viman Nagar).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
