Role Overview

n

We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between support requests and senior infrastructure engineers.

n

You will focus on coordination, execution of basic tasks, and operational follow-up .

n

n

✅ Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineers
n
- Route and track support requests and incidents
n
- Perform basic infrastructure tasks :
n
- VM creation and management ( VMware )
n




- Basic admin on Linux & Windows servers
n
- Monitor systems using Nagios and escalate alerts
n
- Provide Level 2 support for standard issues
n
- Execute routine operations:
n
- Patch management and updates
n
- Basic vulnerability remediation ( Tenable )
n
- Assist with:
n
- Fortinet firewall checks
n
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user administration
n
- Maintain documentation and procedures
n

n

n

️ Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of
n
- Active Directory, DNS, domain environments
n
- Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)
n
- Linux (RedHat, Debian)
n
- VMware virtualization
n
- Monitoring tools (Nagios)
n

n
- Basic understanding of

- Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
n
- Databases ( MySQL, SQL Server )
n
- Familiarity with:

- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
n
- Fortinet firewalls
n
- Grafana (basic visualization)
