Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate who can manage Quick Commerce vertical in the assigned regions and ensure planning and implementation of actions plans to reach annual sales targets based at Noida.

- Account ownership: Own day-to-day relationships with assigned quick commerce platforms and act as the primary point of contact for category, buying, growth, and operations teams. N
- Revenue and growth: Drive platform-wise sales targets, GMV, market share, distribution expansion, and profitable growth for Crax DFM Foods' snack portfolio. N
- Joint business planning: Develop monthly and quarterly business plans with platform teams covering assortment, promotions, visibility, current launches, and growth initiatives. N
- Assortment and listing management: Ensure timely listing of focus SKUs, new product launches, combo packs, value packs, and occasion-led packs suited to quick commerce consumers. N
- Availability and supplycoordination: Work with supply chain, demand planning, and warehouse teams to maintain high fill rates,



reduce stockouts, and ensure timely replenishment across dark stores. N
- Pricing and promotions: Execute pricing, offers, and discounting plans in line with brand strategy, channel margins, and platform requirements. N
- Performance analytics: Track daily and weekly metrics including sales, fill rate, availability, stock cover, conversion, campaign ROI, contribution margin, and competitor activity. N
- Commercial management: Support negotiations on margins, trade spends, visibility investments, claims, payments, and account-level profitability. N
- Cross-functional execution: Coordinate with marketing, finance, category, R&D;, supply chain, and regional sales teams to deliver launches, campaigns, and operational excellence. N
