nGeneral Manger - Commercial Operations & Product Launch role
nPosition Overview:
nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager/ General Manager of Commercial Operations & Product Launch to lead and oversee the commercialization strategies, operational excellence, and successful product launches within our rapidly growing pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will bring a solid combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and industry knowledge to drive growth and ensure successful entry of new products into the market.
nKey Responsibilities:
nStrategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical products.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to align product launches with company objectives.n
- Managing relationship with all actors involved in the supply chain such as contract manufacturer, starting materials manufactures, logistics partners, Importation,
testing and release for alignment with company timelinen
- Monitor current and historical trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.n
nProduct Launch Management:

- Lead end-to-end product launch initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient market entry.n
- Design and implement launch readiness plans, including regulatory approval, supply chain coordination, and sales force preparedness.n
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and launch impact.n
nCommercial Operations:

- Optimize commercial processes, including sales operations, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.n
- Oversee CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other technologies to drive data-driven decision-making.n
- Ensure alignment between commercial teams and other organizational functions to enhance operational efficiency
