Position: Solution Intelligence Analyst II

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday- Friday)

- Graduate from Premier Educational Institutes, with excellent academic records.
- Total qualified experience of 2-4 years (SI2)
- Should have core ML Modelling experience in Python Neural Network, Time Series Forecasting, Regression, Decision Tree, Libraries (Scikit, Stats model, NumPy, Pandas, etc.) and analytical tools such as SAS/ SQL
- Deep Understanding of Operations Research concepts like resource allocation, volume prediction, Call scheduling, Call Centre Operations, Route Optimization
- Should be able to handle complex analytical tasks and come up with implementable business solutions
- Fast learner, should thrive in mathematical and scientific complexities
- Proven track record of communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Should be able to take ownership, should have analytical bent of mind, and should be interested in travelling and exploring the world.
