Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture & solution design.
- Strong experience in Software Architecture, System Design, Solution Design & SDLC.
- Hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, .NET Core API, SQL & AWS.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure and reliable applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Ability to manage technical risks and mentor developers.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Microfinance is preferred.
