We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their solar requirements, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and converting prospects into successful solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sales channels.
- Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their solar requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and coordinate for site surveys.
- Explain solar PV systems, benefits, pricing, savings, and ROI to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Design, Project, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, products, and market developments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy / Electrical Sales / B2B or B2C Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits within Ahmedabad.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / BBA / B.Com / MBA / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.
