We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Trainer to train our students in software development technologies and prepare them for real world IT careers. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, explaining technical concepts clearly, guiding students through projects, conducting assessments, and supporting students in developing industry relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students
Teach software development concepts from basic to advanced levels
Provide hands on training with real time coding and practical examples
Train students according to the assigned technology and course curriculum
Explain programming concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner
Guide students in developing real time projects and applications
Conduct coding exercises assignments tests and technical assessments
Identify students learning difficulties and provide appropriate guidance
Provide individual mentoring and doubt clarification to students
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback
Prepare training materials assignments exercises and project topics
Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation sessions
Help students improve their coding problem solving and technical skills
Keep students updated with current industry technologies and development practices
Maintain student attendance training records and performance reports
Coordinate with the training and management team regarding student progress
Support students in building practical projects and portfolios
Ensure the training is interactive practical and focused on industry requirements
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of software development concepts
Good programming and technical skills in the assigned technology
Robust communication and presentation skills
Excellent teaching and student handling skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner
Good problem solving and debugging skills
Experience with real time software development projects
Ability to conduct practical coding sessions
Good mentoring and interpersonal skills
Qualification
BTech BE MCA MSc Computer Science or any relevant technical qualification
Candidates with relevant software development experience and strong technical knowledge can also be considered
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in software development or technical training will be preferred
Candidates with previous experience in IT training institutes colleges or corporate training will be preferred
Candidates should have hands on industry experience in software development The candidate should be passionate about teaching and mentoring students
Should be comfortable handling students with different levels of technical knowledge
Should be able to deliver practical project based training
Should be willing to take ownership of student learning and technical development

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
