Role Description The Solar Industrial Lead Affiliate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of on-site visits to client locations and office-based or work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves identifying and developing industrial and commercial solar project opportunities, building and managing affiliate and partner networks, and supporting clients through the full project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site assessments, coordinating with technical and engineering teams on system design, and preparing proposals and presentations for potential customers.

The role also requires tracking project progress, ensuring timely installation and commissioning,



and maintaining ongoing relationships with affiliates and key stakeholders.

The Solar Industrial Lead

Affiliate will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and service teams to drive growth and uphold quality and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in solar or broader renewable energy projects, especially for industrial and commercial clients.
- Strong skills in business development, affiliate/partner management, and relationship-building with corporate clients.
- Ability to conduct site assessments, understand technical project requirements, and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic financial analyses for project viability and ROI.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to travel within and around Lucknow for client and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, renewable energy, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with solar regulations, safety standards, and local utility requirements is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and affiliate relationships simultaneously.
