Position QA Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage execution of 4 QA teams by creating a plan for the version and its iterations to deliver based on commitments. Own and be accountable to the teams' deliverables and commitments. Effectively prioritize activities across multiple domains as well as address unplanned ones. Coordinate with development, support, and product teams to achieve group and company goals. Create and review software requirements and prepare test scenarios in addition to LLM-generated scenarios.

Optimize and increase scenario execution automation to support growth and scale. Interact with clients to understand product requirements or to analyze production gaps.



Take part in requirements handover and refinement sessions and provide feedback after analysis and mapping of potential gaps and risks.

Lead and motivate both managers and team members as the organization keeps growing, recent technologies are introduced, and new challenges are encountered. Substantial experience with web-based, scalable, mission-critical solutions. Mentor QA team members and managers, be responsible for their personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QA, at least 5 of them driving quality assurance for web-based scalable solutions. At least 5 years in leadership and management roles. Managing and leading QA teams of more than 20 QA engineers. Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

Experience in defining testing roadmaps as well as defining strategy and testing processes. Passionate, strong team player, self-motivated, and focused on quality and timely delivery.

Experience with mobile testing is an advantage.
