Job Summary

We are looking for a software testing intern to support our QA team in testing applications developed for different client projects. The intern will work with developers and QA engineers to understand requirements, perform manual and basic automation testing, identify issues, and ensure project quality.

Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, UI, regression, and basic integration testing.
- Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with explicit details.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Test web and mobile applications across different browsers and devices.
- Perform basic automation testing using Selenium and Playwright.
- Work closely with developers and QA team members to resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases and testing documentation.
- Participate in project discussions and provide testing feedback.




- Follow QA processes and standards for client projects.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of software testing, SDLC, and STLC.
- Understanding of manual testing concepts and testing types.
- Ability to write test cases and test scenarios.
- Basic knowledge of bug reporting and defect life cycle.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing using Selenium and Playwright.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman and SQL is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

Eligibility Freshers with basic knowledge of software testing. Candidates with academic projects, testing practice, or basic knowledge of web/mobile application testing and automation testing will be an added advantage.
