Role Overview

RiskBirbal Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Software Tester Intern to join our IT/QA team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications, identifying software defects, performing API testing, preparing test cases, and supporting the QA team throughout the software development lifecycle.

This internship is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Application Testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform UI, Functional, API, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing under guidance from the QA team.
- Test web and mobile applications, including EnggiSure, ZippySure, SEO, and WellConnect.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate third-party integrations.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Google Documentation.
- Coordinate with developers and product teams to report and follow up on issues.
- Assist in testing fixes and verifying resolved defects.
- Perform production and post-release testing as required.
- Maintain QA documentation and testing records.




- Assist the team with Automation Testing and learn automation testing practices.
- Support the QA team in ensuring application quality, usability, and reliability.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant academic/project experience are welcome.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of software testing and QA methodologies will be preferred.
