Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Implementation Analyst with experience in application support, ERP systems, requirements analysis, testing, SQL, and API concepts. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, supporting software implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into application solutions.
- Support ERP/application implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Perform system testing, manual testing, and UAT.
- Investigate and resolve application support issues.
- Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and technical teams.
- Validate APIs and integrations and support issue troubleshooting.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user acceptance criteria.
- Participate in SDLC activities, Agile/Scrum meetings, and requirement discussions.
- Track issues and changes using tools such as Jira/ServiceNow.




- Support application deployment, release validation, and post-production activities.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Implementation, ERP Support, or Application Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with any ERP system.
- Good understanding of business requirements and requirement analysis.
- Basic to good understanding of Manual Testing, System Testing, and UAT.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Basic to positive understanding of API/REST API concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Good to Have
- Experience with ERP configuration or customization.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Crystal Reports.
- Experience with production support, incident management, and RCA.
- Experience working with commercial enterprise applications.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
