NWhat You'll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. N
- Configure workflow automation, case management, business rules,



and user interfaces. N
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. N
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and web services. N
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements. N
- Contribute to Agile delivery teams and promote development best practices. N

nWhat We're LookingFor
NEssential Skills & Experience

- At least 5+ years' experience in Pega development. N
- Robust hands-on expertise with Pega BPM and workflow automation solutions. N
- Experience building anddeploying enterprise-scale applications. N
- Knowledge of Pega Case Management, BPM, integrations, APIs, decisioning, and business rules. N
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. N
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. N
