Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Presales Architect for Digital Applications to support sales teams in pursuing new opportunities and delivery teams in solutioning and assurance of ongoing projects / deliveries.

n

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in presales, solution consulting, proposal preparation, client engagement, bid management, digital applications, project coordination, strategic solutioning, and stakeholder management.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare comprehensive and professional proposal responses

n

Understand requirements, architecture solutions, estimations, plan on a page, delivery methodology, team structure, and RAID items

n

Support sales teams in sales efforts and develop opportunities for application services in the digital applications area

n

Deliver capability presentations to clients in digital applications areas

n

Lead high-level discovery sessions with client teams to elicit requirements

n

Gather sufficient details to prepare high-level proposal responses

n

Review RFQs / RFPs and prepare question logs

n

Attend client Q&A; sessions to gather proposal-related information

n

Coordinate with in-house practice teams to understand offerings, case studies, and global engagements

n

Liaise with partners to assess products, capabilities, and offerings

n

Form joint Go-To-Market plans and manage partners in responding to opportunities

n

Work with finance teams and contribute to the commercial model

n

Work with resourcing and fulfilment teams to understand market trends and contribute to the resourcing model

n





Manage bid management activities

n

Handle leadership responsibilities, project coordination, and strategic role elements

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

15+ years of overall experience

n

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as Presales Solution Consultant in the digital applications area

n

Minimum 8 years of experience in presales responding to informal client requests, RFQs, and RFPs

n

Experience across development, testing, operations support, and managed services requirements

n

Strong experience in writing responses, managing and leading presales engagements

n

Experience directly engaging with clients and removing ambiguities in requirements

n

Ability to break down large requirements into smaller functional / technical components

n

Ability to simplify solutions while balancing cost and effort considerations

n

Experience leading and driving discussions, meetings, and client calls

n

Robust experience in building client relationships and providing prompt responses

n

Experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels including developers, business analysts, architects, directors, and CxOs

n

Very strong written communication skills for professional proposal responses

n

Very strong verbal communication skills for presentations and client communication

n

Very strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

n

Preferred Skills

n

Relevant certifications will be desirable

n

Strong self-organization and proactive approach

n

Ability to multitask across multiple clients

n

Strong professional communication skills

n

Strong bid management and proposal ownership experience

n

Experience in client-facing strategic presales roles
