- Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clients N
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support N
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards N
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations N
- Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap N
- Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams N
