nWe are seeking an experienced Nexthink SME to design, implement, and optimize endpoint analytics, digital employee experience (DEX), and automated remediation solutions using Nexthink. The role focuses on leveraging device telemetry, user experience data, and remote actions to improve IT operations and end-user productivity.
n1. Nexthink Platform Implementation & Configuration

- Implement and configure Nexthink platform components:n
- Nexthink Collector (endpoint agents)n
- Nexthink Engine / Portaln
- Enable device-level data collection across:n
- Applications, systems, and user activitiesn
- Support Nexthink deployments across enterprise environmentsn

n2. Endpoint Analytics & Monitoring

- Analyze endpoint data including:n
- CPU, memory, disk usage, and application performancen
- Application crashes, freezes, and responsivenessn
- Device health and performance trendsn

n3. Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Insights

- n




- Leverage Nexthink to measure and improve:n
- Digital Experience scores (DEX)n
- User productivity and collaboration experiencen
- Provide actionable insights to:n
- Service Desk teamsn
- IT Operations and Engineering teamsn

n4. Dashboard Development & Reporting

- n
- Design and develop Nexthink dashboards for:n
- Device health and endpoint performancen
- Application experience (e.g., Teams performance)n
- User experience metricsn
- Enable real-time and executive reportingn

n5. Remote Actions & Automation

- Develop and deploy Nexthink remote actions for:n
- Automated troubleshooting and remediationn
- One-click fixes for common issuesn
- Integrate Nexthink automation with:n
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow)n
- Automation platforms (OneEngine, TechBuddy)n
