About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with robust hands-on experience in the MERN stack and advanced Python development. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack, writes clean and scalable code, and is proficient in leveraging AI coding assistants (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT) to boost development speed and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (advanced level)

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-tested code

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

- Use AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development, debugging, and code reviews

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed

- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve production issues

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack and AI-assisted development

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN)

- Advanced proficiency in Python (scripting, automation, backend APIs, or data-related tasks)

- Practical, day-to-day experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) for development workflows

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL

- Experience with Git and version control workflows

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
