We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Platform team.

You'll work on the backend services, cloud infrastructure, and internal platforms that power Swish.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain backend services and internal platform tooling using Go and Python where required.
- Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure on AWS.
- Work with Kubernetes/EKS and Docker to run and scale production services.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to make deployments faster and more reliable.
- Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
- Debug production issues and participate in incident response and on-call.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes wherever possible.
- Work closely with backend and product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs.
- Identify performance, reliability, and scalability bottlenecks and build solutions for them.
- Contribute to infrastructure security through secure configurations, access controls, and secrets management.

What We're Looking For





- 1–4 years of experience in software engineering.
- Robust programming fundamentals and experience with at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Go is preferred.
- Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD.
- Experience building or operating backend or infrastructure services in a production environment.
- Good understanding of Linux, Git, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and learn quickly.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with event-driven systems or message queues.
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth technology company.
