- Strong experiencewith LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). N
- Deep understanding of MCPs, ReAct, Tree of Thought, and AutoGPT-style reasoning. N
- Hands-on with Python, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). N
- Experience with A2A orchestration, agent memory strategies, and tool calling. N
- Proven integration experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. N
- Familiarity with SRE/observability tools such as BigPanda, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic. N
- Robust grasp of enterprise architecture, data governance,



and security protocols. N
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines. N

nNice-to-Have Skills:

- BFSI domain expertise, especially in Capital Markets, Banking, Risk, or Compliance. N
- Experience with agent simulation environments, digital twins, or multi-agent reinforcement learning. N
- Knowledge of LLMOps, agent observability, and feedback loops. N
- Familiarity with Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI. N
- Certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, AI/ML Specializations, UiPath Advanced Developer. N
- Exposure to Graph-basedreasoning, Knowledge Graphs, or Semantic Search. N
