- Owning up media planning and delivery for key account N
- Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teams N
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns N
- Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client N
- Owning up brand and individual KPI's to drive business goals N
- To supervise and designmedia plans using appropriate media tools. N
- To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions. N
- To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs N
- Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiate developmental training. N
- To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts N

- 1-4 years' experience in similar field N




- Previous experience of working with a digital media agency N
- Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaigns N
- Platform knowledge – Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishers N
- Positive vendor relations N
- Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individuals N
