Role: Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant
Experience: 6–10+ Years
Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Noida
Work Model: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week – 1 to 10PM IST
Engagement: Application Management Services (AMS)

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Workday experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Total Rewards experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday production environments / AMS engagements.
- Strong experience supporting annual compensation cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, incentive programs, and salary review processes.
- Experience configuring and maintaining compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, compensation packages, and reward programs.
- Strong experience with Workday Benefits, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrolment events, life events, and benefit calculations.
- Experience troubleshooting compensation and benefits issues, enrolment discrepancies,



and business-critical production issues.
- Experience supporting global Total Rewards processes in large or multinational organizations.
- Good understanding of Workday Absence Management, Core HCM, and Security fundamentals.
- Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards for Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and HR operations.
- Experience supporting ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR, Compensation, Perks, Payroll, Finance, and business leadership.
- Experience evaluating Workday bi-annual releases, identifying impacts, and supporting regression testing, UAT, and release validation.
- Solid experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Support, Testing, Documentation, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience supporting production incidents and business-critical issues, including RCA and permanent resolution.
- Familiarity with Work
