HIRING | DEVOPS SPECIALIST

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Specialist to own CI/CD, release engineering, deployment automation and progressive delivery for an AIOps Automation Programme. The role focuses on reliable, secure and auditable releases across non-production, canary and production environments.

• CI/CD & Release Engineering
• Terraform / Bicep / ARM
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Cloud-native deployment patterns
• Canary, Shadow & Blue-Green deployments
• Feature Flags & Rollback strategies
• Python / Power Shell / Bash scripting
• Webhook & API integration
• Pipeline security & Secrets Management
• Approval gates & Release Auditability
• Infrastructure-as-Code

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AIOps automations
• Automate build, testing, release and deployment processes
• Deploy ICM integration components, webhooks and triggers
• Implement versioning, feature flags and progressive rollouts




• Enable reliable rollback and controlled production releases
• Automate infrastructure and workplace configuration
• Implement audit logging, observability and compliance controls
• Manage secrets, service connections and access permissions
• Support non-production validation and production go-live activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams

VALUABLE TO HAVE

• MLOps / Dev SecOps experience
• Model deployment, versioning & monitoring
• Azure Dev Ops certification
• AIOps / ITSM integration experience
• Multi-wave production rollout experience
