Hands-on experience with Service Now Service Portal
Solid expertise in AngularJS (1.x) in Service Now context.
Experience developing Service Portal Widgets and custom UI components.
Working knowledge of Service Now scripting:
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Script Includes
Glide Ajax
Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
Experience integrating front-end components with backend data via REST APIs.
Valuable understanding of browser compatibility, performance optimization, and security.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and customize Service Now Service Portal using AngularJS.
Customize Service Cat Log items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases.
Ensure portal design aligns with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs.
Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis.
Adhere to Service Now SDLC, coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines.
Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness.
