Job Description

- Project Ownership & Delivery - Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned cybersecurity projects, from initial design and planning through deployment and rollout across all relevant units. - Translate program objectives and strategic priorities into executable project plans. - Ensure projects deliver agreed security outcomes while respecting operational and business constraints. - Planning & Execution - Define detailed project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. - Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program-level roadmaps and sequencing. - Coordinate technical design, pilots, deployment waves, and rollout activities. - Stakeholder & Change Management - Work under the coordination and governance of the Cybersecurity Transformation Program Manager - Engage with cybersecurity experts, vendors, and local/regional stakeholders (SME, CISO, Infrastructure teams, etc.) to ensure alignment and adoption.



- Coordinate deployment activities with local units and ensure readiness for rollout. - Contribute to change management activities, including communication, training, and transition to operations. - Governance & Reporting - Apply program-defined governance, standards, and reporting requirements. - Provide accurate, timely, and fact-based project status reports (progress, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs). - Participate in program reviews, steering committees, and checkpoints as required. - Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Identify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies. - Implement mitigation actions within the project’s authority. - Escalate risks, issues, or dependencies exceeding project control to the Program Manager with explicit impact analysis and proposed options.
