Job Title: Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer Location: Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi / Remote, Kerala Experience: 5–8 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Role Overview: Seeking a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer with strong engineering experience in Python/scripting, security and governance systems, policy enforcement, and AI risk management. The role focuses on building secure, governed, auditable AI systems through code and automation. Key Responsibilities - Develop prompt filtering and output validation mechanisms. - Implement AI misuse-prevention and governance controls. - Build audit, traceability, and control mechanisms. - Develop safety patterns for AI agents. - Identify and mitigate prompt injection, hallucination, and data leakage risks. - Analyze AI risk scenarios and failure modes. - Implement security and governance requirements through automation. - Support Responsible AI and model risk initiatives.



- Work with IAM and enterprise approval workflows where required.
