We’re Hiring: Lab Manager – RF, OTA, EMC & Telecom Testing | Bengaluru, India

Aracion is seeking an experienced Lab Manager to lead our RF, OTA, EMC and telecom testing laboratories. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and a sound understanding of wireless technologies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities n

✔ Manage day to day operations of RF, OTA and EMC testing laboratories

n

✔ Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists

n

✔ Ensure compliance with NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and applicable international standards

n

✔ Oversee testing activities for:

n

n

• WiFi 5/6/6E/7

n

• 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G User Equipment (UE)

n

• 4G and 5G Base Stations

n

• Multi Standard Radios (MSR)

n

• Active Antenna Systems (AAS)

n

• OTA and Antenna Performance Testing

n

• EMC and Regulatory Compliance Testing

n

n

✔ Drive laboratory utilisation, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

n

✔ Support audits, accreditations and scope expansions

n

✔ Interface with customers, certification bodies and technology partners





Desired Experience n

• 10+ years of experience in RF, OTA, EMC or telecom testing

n

• Positive understanding of wireless communication technologies and the 3GPP standards framework

n

• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications related to User Equipment, Base Stations, Radio Performance and OTA testing

n

• Experience in UE, Base Station, MSR Radio and AAS testing

n

• Hands on experience with RF test instruments and automation platforms

n

• Strong understanding of RF measurements and test methodologies

n

• Experience managing technical teams and laboratory operations

n

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and global compliance requirements

n

Preferred Qualifications n

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field

n

• Experience managing accredited test laboratories

n

• Knowledge of 5G NR, Massive MIMO, Beamforming, ORAN and NTN technologies

n
