Role Description The Software Engineer will work full time in office in the Pune District, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web and software solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, implementing back-end services and APIs, and participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance and reliability.





The Software

Engineer will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices in object-oriented programming, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to design, implement, test, and maintain applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in modern programming languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with web technologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experience with mobile app development, cloud platforms, or digital marketing technologies is an added advantage.
