- Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements' analysis, design and development, unit testing and documentation. N
- Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability N
- Proactively identifies security, usability etc. issues and formulates strategies to resolve them. N
- Works independently, without guidance, with broader overview on the project N
- Takes ownership of the delivery of complex application features and resolves key technical issues related to the assigned project. N
- Complies with estimation process and is responsible for accurate personal estimates. N
- Develops required software features, achieving timely and quality delivery. N
- Delivers training and participates in knowledge sharing. N
- Mentors' new software engineers in the team N




- Integrates recent technologies. N
- Understands and followsthe release processes in the company. N

nMust Have:

- n
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience N
- Expertise with buildingcomponents/ Services using Java/Node JS/Python N
- Expertise in building Agentic workflows on Azure N
- Expertise with Schema design and dimensional modelling, Optimizing data warehouse performance. N
- Experience in leading code reviews. N
- Demonstrate understanding of SOLID principles. N
- Demonstrate understanding of TDD or BDD. N
- Good knowledge and experience of writing good unit tests. N
- Positive implementation design using cloud (Azure) N
- Microservices architecture, RESTful Webservices, NoSQL & SQL N
- Exposure towards Docker& containerization, CI/CD pipeline design & build N
- Event driven architecture, Kafka. N
- Use of tools such as JIRA, Git, GitHub N
- Strong communication skills N
