- Project Ownership & Delivery
n
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned cybersecurity projects, from initial design and planning through deployment and rollout across all relevant units.
n
- Translate program objectives and strategic priorities into executable project plans.
n
- Ensure projects deliver agreed security outcomes while respecting operational and business constraints.
n
- Planning & Execution
n
- Define detailed project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
n
- Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program-level roadmaps and sequencing.
n
- Coordinate technical design, pilots, deployment waves, and rollout activities.
n
- Stakeholder & Change Management
n
- Work under the coordination and governance of the Cybersecurity Transformation Program Manager
n
- Engage with cybersecurity experts, vendors, and local/regional stakeholders (SME, CISO, Infrastructure teams, etc.) to ensure alignment and adoption.
n




- Coordinate deployment activities with local units and ensure readiness for rollout.
n
- Contribute to change management activities, including communication, training, and transition to operations.
n
- Governance & Reporting
n
- Apply program-defined governance, standards, and reporting requirements.
n
- Provide accurate, timely, and fact-based project status reports (progress, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs).
n
- Participate in program reviews, steering committees, and checkpoints as required.
n
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
n
- Identify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
- Implement mitigation actions within the project’s authority.
n
- Escalate risks, issues, or dependencies exceeding project control to the Program Manager with explicit impact analysis and proposed options.
n
