nKey Responsibilities
nProcurement & Vendor Management
n
- n
- Lead procurement planning activities to ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.n
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.n
- Monitor procurement schedules, vendor performance, production status, and dispatch readiness.n
- Resolve supply chain challenges and ensure uninterrupted material flow for project execution.n
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor management practices.n

nDispatch & Logistics Operations

- n
- Oversee dispatch planning and execution across multiple locations and large-scale delivery networks.n
- Manage logistics operations, transportation planning, and vehicle allocation to ensure productive product movement.n
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.n
- Monitor shipment status, identify operational bottlenecks,



and implement corrective actions.n
- Ensure compliance with transportation, statutory, and company guidelines.n

nProject Delivery & Coordination

- Ensure delivery commitments are met as per project schedules and customer expectations.n
- Collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.n
- Track project milestones, pending deliveries, and potential risks, ensuring timely resolution.n
- Coordinate with customer representatives, contractors, consultants, and government authorities where required.n

nDocumentation, Billing & Compliance

- Oversee billing and invoicing processes in coordination with finance teams.n
- Ensure accurate maintenance of invoices, e-way bills, PODs, delivery challans, transport documents, and related records.n
