We're looking for a developer to build and ship features across our web applications, working daily with AI coding tools as the default way of working. You'll own features end to end: build, deploy, and get on calls with clients to explain what you've built.

What You'll Do
- Build and ship features end to end across the stack above
- Use AI coding tools as your primary development workflow
- Deploy work and monitor it after release
- Join client calls to understand requirements and explain technical work in plain English
- Work with real autonomy in a small, fast-moving team

Requirements
- Robust spoken and written English. You will be on client calls explaining technical work to non-technical people. This is not optional.
- Deep working knowledge of React, Next.js, and Node.js: able to read, understand, and confidently modify an existing application's code, not just generate new code with AI tools. This is core to the role.
- Hands-on, practical experience with a relational database (Postgres, MySQL, or similar). This is a must.
- Able to show personal projects built substantially with AI coding tools and be ready to walk through the code and your decisions, not just the finished result. This is a must.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools: Claude Code, Codex, and comfortable picking up others quickly.




- Good conceptual understanding of how AI and LLM systems work: tokens, embeddings, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and vector search with something like pgvector. You should be able to explain how these pieces fit together, not just call an API.
- Comfortable with GitHub: branches, pull requests, code review, resolving merge conflicts.
- Can deploy an application and troubleshoot it once it's live, not just write code that runs locally on your machine.
- Flexible with working hours, this is not a fixed 9-to-5 role.
- Solid TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals, comfortable working independently on a feature from requirement to deployment.

AI Tools You'll Use We expect fluency across a working set of AI tools, not attachment to just one:
- Claude Code Agentic coding in the terminal or IDE for larger, multi-file changes
- Codex / Codex CLI OpenAI’s coding agent, used alongside Claude Code depending on the task
- Twilio and Vapi for voice Bot integrations on selected projects.
- n8n Building automations and integrations without hand-rolling every workflow

Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, not just an internal team
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS patterns and data isolation
- A public GitHub profile showing real, ongoing work

Experience 2 to 5 years of professional development experience. We care more about what you can actually build and ship, with or without AI tools doing the heavy lifting, than the exact number of years.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
