Karunalay Balgruh is looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Social Worker to support the care, development, and overall well-being of children residing at the Balgruh.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide social and emotional support to children.
- Understand and address children's individual needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular interaction and counselling support with children.
- Maintain case files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with staff, counsellors, caregivers, and management.
- Assist in child welfare, rehabilitation, and development activities.
- Support children in education, personal development, and social adjustment.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians and relevant authorities when required.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to children.
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of children.

Educational Qualification
- MSW (Master of Social Work) – Preferred
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)

Experience Experience in child care, NGOs, child welfare, social work, rehabilitation centres, or residential child-care institutions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,564.82 - ₹15,000.00 per month
