We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes Instagram- someone who can take our brand (and our clients) to the next level through highly engaging, visually stunning, and algorithm-defying content.

If you know how to turn a 5-second Reel hook into 1M+ views and possess a flawless sense of design, we want you on our team.

? What You’ll Do

- Own the Grid & Reels: Take full ownership of Instagram profiles, from aesthetic curation and grid layout to high-performing Reel concepts.
- Master the Viral Hook: Script, conceptualize, and help execute Reels that grab attention in the first 2 seconds. You know what trends before it trends.
- Design-Forward Strategy: Work closely with our design team to ensure all visual assets are premium, cohesive, and perfectly aligned with Voxa's high aesthetic standards.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content, ensuring a healthy mix of educational, promotional, and highly shareable culture-driven posts.
- Engage & Grow: Keep a pulse on the community. Respond to comments, spark conversations,



and build a loyal audience.
- Analyze & Pivot: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, save rates) to figure out what’s working and continuously optimize the strategy.

? What We Are Looking For Hands-on Experience: A proven track record of managing and growing brand Instagram profiles (please share links or a portfolio!).

- The "Eye" for Design: You don't just post content; you understand visual hierarchy, color palettes, and modern design trends. You know what looks "valuable" and what looks "premium."
- Trend Spotter: You spend time on Instagram and TikTok, understanding internet culture, audio trends, and formatting tricks that drive reach.
- Storyteller: Excellent copywriting skills for captions and a knack for writing punchy, psychological hooks for video content.
- ✨ Bonus Points If You Have...Agency Background: Experience working in a fast-paced creative or marketing agency.
- Paid Social Knowledge: Experience setting up, testing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager to complement organic growth.
