Responsibilities

- Understand and define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

- Create content strategies based on the target audience.

- Develop strong hooks and content ideas for Reels, posts, and videos.

- Understand audience pain points, psychology, and buying behaviour.

- Research competitors and current content trends.

- Analyse content performance and improve strategies.

- Work with the content and video editing team.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of ICP, Content Strategy & Hooks.

- Good understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.

- Creative and analytical thinking.

- Good communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and AI tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
