Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager (SMM) to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, analytics, and current digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Content Planning & Management: Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across social media platforms.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop high-quality posts, reels, videos, creatives, and other social media assets.
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and interactions and ensure timely and professional responses.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement,



followers, leads, and other key metrics.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, promotional activities, and brand-awareness initiatives.
- Brand Building: Maintain consistent brand voice, communication, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze campaign and content performance and continuously optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media growth.

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Strong portfolio or demonstrated social media work
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously
- Result-oriented approach with solid attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
