Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Surat, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, aligned with Akshar Print’s brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing social media campaigns to showcase textile capabilities and client work.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather visual and written content, responding to audience queries and comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

The Social Media

Manager will also stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices to refine strategy and support lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to enhance visibility, reach, and performance across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and align social media content with brand and business goals.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Communication skills to create clear, compelling, and brand-consistent messages.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, preferably in textiles, fashion, or manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve content and strategy.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is an advantage.
