Role Description The Skilled Skilled role at Fixentrix is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the professional will perform residential service tasks such as inspection, diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance across relevant service categories (e.g., electrical, plumbing, AC and cooling, appliance repair, or similar specialties aligned to their expertise). Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer locations, providing accurate assessments, delivering quality workmanship, following safety standards, and ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs.





The professional will use Fixentrix’s platform to accept and manage bookings, update job status, and coordinate with the support team for scheduling, materials, and customer queries. The role also involves maintaining professional conduct, clear communication with customers, and support in building long-term trust and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Possess strong technical skills in at least one core service area such as AC and cooling, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, carpenter work, CCTV installation, or water purifier services.
- Demonstrate practical experience in inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance for relevant home service equipment and systems.
- Maintain sound knowledge of safety standards, proper tool usage, and quality control practices in on-site service environments.
- Show effective communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain issues, share recommendations, and manage customer expectations professionally.
- Be comfortable using mobile apps or digital platforms for accepting jobs, updating service status, and coordinating with the Fixentrix team.
- Hold relevant technical training, certification, or ITI/diploma in a related trade (e.g., electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning, plumbing, appliances) or equivalent practical experience.
- Display reliability, punctuality, and integrity, with a willingness to work on-site across Ahmedabad and adapt to varying customer schedules.
