Sitecore Developer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Sitecore CMS platform.
- Customize Sitecore components, templates, layouts, renderings, and workflows.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Sitecore Helix principles.
- Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and effort estimations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and production issues.
- Implement Sitecore content migration, deployment, and upgrade activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and content management processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and release activities.




- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in Sitecore development.
- Solid knowledge of Sitecore CMS (Sitecore 9/10 preferred).
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Experience with Sitecore SXA, Sitecore Content Editor, and Experience Editor.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web development.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrations.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of Sitecore deployment and content management processes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sitecore Headless/JSS.
- Knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud and Azure services.
- Sitecore certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
