Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring labour, materials, workmanship, and work progress as per drawings and instructions from the Site Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and monitor labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor masonry, concreting, steel, shuttering, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Maintain daily site progress and labour records.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and contractors for smooth execution of work.
- Follow up on daily work targets and ensure timely completion.
- Report site progress, material requirements, and issues to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.
- Assist in measurements and quantity verification when required.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.




- Resolve routine site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical construction experience may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of masonry, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Good labour and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities effectively.
- Strong attention to quality and safety.

Preferred Experience Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
