Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day HVAC and Chiller installation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for manpower coordination, work allocation, material planning, quality checks, and ensuring work is completed safely and as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily HVAC and Chiller installation activities at project sites.
- Allocate work to technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and other MEP teams.
- Supervise installation of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Ducting, and Chilled Water Piping.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Check manpower attendance and productivity at site.
- Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team about requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase teams for material availability.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, support, insulation, and piping/ducting work.
- Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer and ensure workers follow PPE and safety requirements.




- Check quality of workmanship and rectify installation-related issues.
- Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, material requirements, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with other MEP trades to avoid work clashes and delays.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

- Knowledge of site safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to manage work within project deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and site coordination skills.

Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP site execution, preferably with Chiller Projects.
