- Kubernetes/Open shift - Must
- Java basics - Must
- Remedy/Jira- Must
- Cloud Native application experience
- Oracle, Postgres database
- Kafka (Axon)
- Hashicorp
- Networking basics
- Root cause analysis - Must
- Automation exposure - reducing the toil for the program
- Linux/Unix, Scheduling tool like TWS, etc
- Splunk/Dynatrace
- Dashboard creation exposure - to fetch the stats for the program
- Converting problem into a solution.
