Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at the manufacturing site.
- Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in industrial safety practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct training sessions.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in EHS (Setting Health Safety) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety, industrial safety, HSE management systems.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE initiatives in an automotive industry setting.
