: Senior Site Engineer Construction

Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 1012 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Planning & Coordination at Site
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Report progress, delays, and issues to Project Manager
- Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions
- Assist in planning work schedules, inspections and daily activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications • Quality Assurance and Control
- Strictly monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained. o Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory regulations
- Stakeholder Coordination




- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for clarifications • Project Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and material records
- Maintain site drawings, revisions, and approvals
- Material & Resource Management - Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower as per site requirements

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of billing and measurements
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
