We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge and ability to handle day-to-day site operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential projects
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Architect, Structural Consultant, and MEP teams
- Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Manage contractors, labors, and subcontractors at site
- Ensure material procurement planning, quality checking, and optimum utilization
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site
- Handle site measurements, billing, and documentation




- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Conduct quality checks for civil works, finishing, and waterproofing

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E / http://B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Residential Building Projects (Apartments / Villas / High-rise)
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage
- Must be currently available in Chennai and able to join immediately
