PEB / Steel Structure Site Engineer – Job Role

Job Title: Site Engineer – PEB / Steel Structure

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate PEB and structural steel erection activities at the project site.
- Ensure erection and installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review structural and erection drawings and communicate requirements to the site team.
- Monitor installation of columns, rafters, purlins, bracing, sheeting, roofing, and other steel components.
- Check alignment, levels, dimensions, bolt connections, and structural stability during erection.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production, design, and project management teams.
- Manage and guide site workers, contractors, and erection teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate material unloading,



storage, and movement at the project site.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, cranes, and lifting arrangements.
- Implement and maintain site safety procedures, including PPE and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders during site execution.
- Assist in measurements, quantity verification, and preparation of project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the project as per quality and client requirements.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of PEB, structural steel erection, and industrial shed construction.
- Ability to read and understand GA, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Knowledge of steel connections, bolting, welding, alignment, and leveling.
- Strong site supervision and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
